I regularly inspect the following types of flooring materials.

My promise for you and your customers:
- All information will be confidential. None of the evidence I find during my inspection will be shared with anyone but you, unless otherwise instructed.
- I will make a courtesy call to your customer within 24 hours of receiving the commission of the inspection.
- I have my e-mails forwarded to my cell phone. If you send me an e-mail, when I am on an inspection trip, I will call your customer immediately. If time permits, and I am in the area and the customer is home, I will do the inspection that day.
- Generally, inspections are conducted within three to five days.
- You will be notified immediately of all communications with the customer, so you will be informed about the courtesy call and scheduling via e-mail immediately after I have spoken with your customer or have left them a message.
- If for some reason, usually scheduling, I cannot meet with your customer within the aforementioned time frame I will call you and the customer.
- Reports and pictures will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of the inspection. Many times it will be the same day.
