Hi Roy,

After being really difficult, the installer finally agreed to deal with us.  He came back in and replaced several boards, clean and filled the gouges in the floor, rescreened the floor and applied another coat of finish.  He also went around the entire floor and left approximately a half inch expansion space. 

So, he did address all issues.  We accepted the work and we made payment in full.  The installer reimbursed us for our expenses to fix the damage done to the walls during installation.

Thanks again for your work and report.  I don’t think we would have gotten the floor done without it.
