Fees
There are no charges for mileage or time driven in these area codes (206, 253, 360 & 425), because I am in these areas one to three times a week and sometimes more. Outside of the aforementioned areas the fee for mileage is $0.68 per mile and I assess a $30.00 per hour travel fee.
If I have been assigned an inspection by another company in an area where you need me, and where travel expenses are required, I spread the travel (and if needed conveyor and/or lodging costs) among all my clients on that trip.
If I have a combination of 8 or more inspections in Western Oregon I do not charge for mileage or time driven. (These inspections do not have to be from only one client.)
Inspection and Report and Other Services Fee List:
- A minimum service call flat fee is $165.
